Its beauty lies in its elaborately designed pallu with our newest jathi (spear) motifs in Muga ghisa and red Eri meenakari, painstakingly woven by our master weavers. Immaculately woven border in laborious maku mara technique and phool booti on the body further enhances this beauty. Truly a saree connoisseur's delight!
Ghisa silk, produced in the eastern states of India, is a by-product of Vanya (wild) silks like Tussar and Muga. Ghisa silk is short and has a coarse texture since the yarns are obtained by piercing the cocoons.

We use both natural/plant-based and azo-free commercial dyes with the goal of minimising our impact on the environment while striving for the best colour properties. An irregular weave is not a defect - handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
