Handwoven Muga Silk Fabric
Known as the king of silks, Muga is honey-toned in appearance and is produced by a semi-domesticated silkworm endemic to Assam that are fed on Som and Sualu tree leaves.
The silk, known for its glossy fine texture and durability, is exclusive since it can only be found in Assam. While it has a naturally golden lustre and does not need any dyeing, it is compatible with most dyes.
