- Trade License/Certificate of Incorporation: You must provide a valid trade license or certificate of incorporation confirming your status as a registered business entity engaged in the wholesale trade. TSC reserves the right to request proof of registration at any time.
- Goods and Services Tax (GST): While not mandatory, having a valid Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration is considered an additional advantage. Customers with GST registration may be eligible for certain benefits or discounts as determined by TSC.
- Minimum Order Amount: The minimum order amount for wholesale purchases is set at ₹1,50,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand) or its equivalent in other currencies. Orders below this minimum threshold may not be accepted.
- Prepayment Requirement: All wholesale orders must be prepaid in full prior to processing and shipment. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received and confirmed by TSC.
How Does Wholesale/Bulk Orders Work?
- Fill up the enquiry form below. We'll get back to you with the latest product catalogue.
- Select the products from the catalogue and send us the SKUs.
- Upon confirmation and payment, we'll process the order.
Payment Terms
- Wholesale orders are processed against payment. Payments for wholesale orders are accepted through NEFT/ Funds Transfer/ Wire Transfer into our bank account.
- Payment against order needs to be done within two business days from the order date, subsequent to which the reserved goods shall be released to the available pool.
Shipping and Delivery Terms
- For ready to ship products, we usually dispatch all wholesale orders within seven business days. This time line, however, is for reference and not a guarantee.
- For made to order products, estimated delivery timeline will be indicated before purchase.
- Goods may be shipped together or in instalments as per availability. If there is delay beyond the estimated time of seven days, we shall contact you to discuss the alternatives.
- For shipments within India, both surface and air shipping options may be available depending on shipment weight and location. Express shipments usually take 4-8 business days to deliver. Surface shipments may take 8-15 days to deliver.
- International Shipping is available at competitive rates to most major countries.
Other Terms
- Goods once sold shall not be exchanged/ returned for any reason.
- Wholesale buyers are expected to understand the different fabric types, and the inherent textures and feel.Any query in this regard can be sent to us before the order is placed, and we will be happy to answer them.
- All products are diligently checked before shipping. For handwoven textiles, there can be certain inconsistencies in the weave. These are part of the weaving process and cannot be considered defects.
- Wholesale prices are subject to change depending on input costs and product life-cycles.
